thanks to laura for that. and for such enthusiasm six days before the event. so, with birthday wishes in mind, i thought i'd take the opportunity to post my amazon wish list on my blog. here it is. cheeky as hell i know, but hey, if i can't get away with it once a year, what's the point of having one?! actually the point for you, reader who is humouring me, may be an exercise in discovering my material longings! and while you may not wish to buy me something from this list, perhaps you would like to lend or burn me your copy?!
